I am not sure were to begin; firstly I must congratulate you on a job well done. As you know you have made two cakes for me now and each time your cakes have been just amazing. The first cake our 25th wedding anniversary cake which was so elegant and perfect in every detail. This cake was a great discussion from out guests as they could not believe how moist the mud cake was with out being too rich. Just when I thought I had seen the best cake so far, you surprised us yet again with your talents and made our daughters 21st cake. ( all 51 individual mud cakes) All your hard work on the 51 individual frangipanis where just truly amazing. We didn.t want to cut the cake as it was truly spectacular. I can.t wait for another occasion to arise so that I can see what other hidden talents you may have.

Welcome to Cakes By Mindy, and thank you for taking the time to visit
my website. Firstly, just a little about me. I have always
wanted to make Wedding Cakes, and have as a child enjoyed
decorating anything I could get my hands on. I participated
in a Wedding Cake Icing Course just over nine years ago, and
have since learnt about making flowers and decorating with
more detail. I've also been lucky enough to have handed to
me some award winning recipes for fruit and mud cakes. It is
my pleasure to be able to share these beautifully baked
cakes with my clients. Plus I get to create my own recipes and bake those for you also. The most rewarding part of my day is
handing the cake over, and seeing the expression of
excitement on peoples faces.
I have been decorating cakes for just over nine years now,
and enjoy every minute of it. I love trying new ideas, and
learning new techniques. So please, let me in on your wild
ideas for your perfect cake, I'll endeavour to put your
ideas to cake and icing.

you're after, please email them to me and I can promptly
send you a quote, and give you a time frame for the work to
