Just wanted to say a massive thankyou for our outstanding wedding cake. When I walked in the room I couldn't wait to see it. It was perfect. The scattered flowers looked great next to the white icing and it was nice to see I was able to design my own. Thank you so much for all your help and advise. All my guests gave you great marks for your fruit, chocolate & caramel mud cake.

Welcome to Cakes By Mindy, and thank you for taking the time to visit
my website. Firstly, just a little about me. I have always
wanted to make Wedding Cakes, and have as a child enjoyed
decorating anything I could get my hands on. I participated
in a Wedding Cake Icing Course just over nine years ago, and
have since learnt about making flowers and decorating with
more detail. I've also been lucky enough to have handed to
me some award winning recipes for fruit and mud cakes. It is
my pleasure to be able to share these beautifully baked
cakes with my clients. Plus I get to create my own recipes and bake those for you also. The most rewarding part of my day is
handing the cake over, and seeing the expression of
excitement on peoples faces.
I have been decorating cakes for just over nine years now,
and enjoy every minute of it. I love trying new ideas, and
learning new techniques. So please, let me in on your wild
ideas for your perfect cake, I'll endeavour to put your
ideas to cake and icing.

you're after, please email them to me and I can promptly
send you a quote, and give you a time frame for the work to
